Lake Travis
today i poked around the mid portion of lake travis looking for oatches of isolated grass and checking any drain to see if there is grass in the back of it. any time you find isolated grass on lake travis there will be fish in it this time of year. fish tjem slowly with a texas rig or fish moving baits over the top of it
Gear & Tackle Used:
today while fishing lake travis i used a 7'2" 6th sense RESPONCE medium heavy acrion rod lined with 20# seaguar invisx. tied to the end was a 6th sense 2/0 wide gap hook and a 1/4oz tear drop weight free rigged. bait of the day was a 6th sense hogwalla and zoom trick work
