Lake Austin
we poked around on lake austin fishing grass edges and points close to mouths of creeks on the main lake. the most productive grass was hydrill and eel grass. there is a gealthy mix of hydrilla, coontail, eel grass and milfoil
Gear & Tackle Used:
we used 6thsense rods to throw a coulle different baits on lake austin. the 2 that worked the best were the pd7 crank bait in morning dawn and an umbella rig fitted with 6th sense devine swim baits in ghost ice minnow.
